Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you might want to know before downloading.

Yes, completely free. There are no hidden payments, no subscription plans, and no advertisements inside the application. We believe a simple tool should remain accessible to everyone.

Absolutely. We provide native versions for each operating system:

  • Windows (.exe) – ready to run, no installation needed.
  • macOS (.dmg) – just drag to Applications.
  • Linux (.AppImage) – portable, works on most distributions.

All versions are built from the same Python codebase, so features are identical across platforms.

The Safe Mode indicator is a status icon at the bottom of the app that confirms the software is running completely offline. It guarantees your macros, profiles, and clicks remain strictly on your machine without connecting to the internet.

Yes, as of version 1.1.1, Cool Autoclicker features full English localization. Every menu, tooltip, warning, and tutorial has been thoroughly translated and polished for our international users.

Yes! If you make a mistake while recording, you don't need to start over. You can easily select and delete individual steps, or modify the delay between clicks directly from the macro list.

Cool Autoclicker includes humanization features (jitter, random intervals) that make clicks appear more natural. However, no tool can guarantee you won't be detected by anti‑cheat software.

Always read the terms of service of the game or platform you're using. Many single‑player or idle games allow autoclickers, while competitive multiplayer games often prohibit them. Use responsibly and at your own risk.

When enabled, the software adds a small random offset to every click position. You can fully customize this jitter range (e.g., ±3 pixels, ±10 pixels) so consecutive clicks don't land on the exact same pixel — something a real human rarely does. Combined with random intervals, it reduces the risk of pattern detection.

No. Cool Autoclicker runs entirely offline. It does not send any information over the internet. Your settings are saved locally in a small .ini file next to the executable. We have no servers to receive data, and we don't want any.

Yes. The application is fully portable. No installation or registry changes are required. Simply copy the executable to any folder, USB drive, or cloud‑synced directory, and run it. All settings stay in the same folder.

Cool Autoclicker is completely clean. Because it simulates mouse input, some over‑sensitive antivirus programs may mistakenly classify it as a "potentially unwanted program". This is a false positive.

If you're concerned, you can scan the file yourself with VirusTotal (a service owned by Google) or inspect the source code provided on the website.

Yes. Open the application, click Hotkey Settings (bottom left), and assign any combination you prefer for starting and stopping the autoclicker. Your preferences are saved automatically.

Repeat lets you set an exact number of clicks (e.g., 100). Once that number is reached, the clicker stops automatically. Repeat until stopped keeps clicking indefinitely until you press the stop hotkey (F7). This is useful for long sessions where you don't want to keep track of the count.

If Cool Autoclicker saves you time or makes your workflow easier, consider supporting the developer by buying a coffee. There's a link in the footer of every page. Your support helps cover the costs of maintaining the website and testing on multiple platforms. It's completely optional, but very appreciated.
